Paul Moist, President of the Manitoba Federation of Union Retirees (MFUR), joined with labour and NDP candidate Leila Dance on the doorstep, to speak with residents about the issues that matter.
Leila Dance is a lifelong resident of Elmwood-Transcona. She grew up in a union household and is a strong advocate for workers and her community.
Dance was selected in May by Party members as the NDP candidate to succeed Daniel Blaikie. The by-election will take place on September 16th.
