A general membership meeting of MFUR was held on November 7 at the Union Centre. President Paul Moist delivered opening remarks and chaired the meeting.
General membership meetings are a great way to connect with current and potential members, ask questions and hear updates about the work we’ve been doing to re-establish MFUR as a progressive voice for union retirees, as well as a supporter of all unions and the progressive left.
A special thank you to our guest speaker Malaya Marcelino, Minister of Labour and Immigration, and to all the current and new members who attended the meeting.
